Background

Locker was born to a Corellian mechanic in the slums of Coronet City on Corellia. For the first few years of his life, he was unsure who his father was, it wasn't until he reached his 13th birthday that his mother gave him a datapad containing a holomessage from his father. His father was Kav, also known as RC1120, a Clone Commando from the Clone Wars. Locker was initially shocked, but eventually became proud of his parentage, studying the ways of the Mando'a (Mandalorian) and following in his fathers footsteps, joining the fledgling New Republic.

He found himself promoted to Captain twice in the New Republic Army, before being demoted to Sergeant in response to what was described as 'chronic insubordination'. He then transferred to Special Forces, being placed in an clandestine alpha unit, codenamed "Red Blade". It was here he met (then) Lieutenant Garik "Face" Loran, and Captain M.V. Mardex. After Red Blade was disbanded, Locker served in other elite SpecForces units, becoming infamous with the use of his favourite weapon, the PLX2M missile launcher. He was then given a brief secondment to Wraith Squadron at his request.

Shortly after the Wraiths rejoined Rogue Squadron, Locker secondment to the Wraiths was at an end, as the Special Forces requested him back to join their training unit. This he did, successfully creating the Special Forces Unit, Firestorm. In fact, so impressive was his new unit, that Councillor Brom chose them to search for the renegade Rogues and Wraiths (Locker had, by this point, created rumours of a hatred towards Face after being 'kicked out'. This was entirely fictitious, and designed purely so Locker would have the chance of rejoining his former squadmates). Once the Rogues and Wraiths were reintegrated with the New Republic, Firestorm stayed with the group, ensuring they'd always be where the action was!

Locker and Firestorm saw a variety of action with the Wraiths and Rogues, including the battle on the Queens Pearl. However, it was under his suggestion, that he led Firestorm in a hostile boarding of the Bloodlust during the Battle of Bormari.

As the Firestorm made their escape, Locker's armour was critically damaged. Knowing that he would not survive the rest of the escape, Locker stayed behind, triggering a thermal detonator to kill the last threat to his squadron, dying heroically in the process. However, he left a legacy behind him, and an example to the rest of his squadron. Firestorm was undeniably Lockers.

Physical Attributes and Abilities

Locker retained the solid build and dark hair of his father, but inherited his mothers height (just under average) as well as her blue eyes. He was an extremely proficient soldier, particularly with heavy weapons and small unit tactics. He also possessed a great deal of skill with mechanics and demolitions.

Personality Traits

Contrary to the discipline which he ran his squad, Locker himself was very exuberant, finding joy wherever he could. However, once his helmet was on, he was ruthlessly efficient, seemingly able (like Face) to do whatever is required, regardless of personal cost. He could also come across as rather irreverent:

Face: "You thinking what I'm thinking?"
Locker: "Are you thinking of what Shadow's cooking for dinner?"
Face: "No."
Locker: "Then no."

Military Rank and Current Assignment

At the time of his death, Locker was a Major in the New Republic Special Forces.

Significant Possessions

Perhaps his most significant possession was his PLX2M, his weapon of choice, and one that stayed with him throughout his entire career. Apart from that, his Katarn Armour was religiously maintained.

Starships

Locker did not posses any starships.

Astromech

Since he was never in Starfighter Command, Locker never owned an astromech.
