Feylis Ardele is an ex-Wraith and currently second-in-command in High Flight Squadron. She is a superior pilot, as well as a marksman, medic and communications expert.

Background

Hailing from Commenor, Ardele was originally recruited into Rogue Squadron by Admiral Ackbar because of her expertise with TIE Fighters. Before joining the fledgling New Republic, her family were executed by the Empire as being suspected Rebels.

After joining the Rogues, she left the squadron before they ventured into the Unknown Regions. Upon her return, she transferred into the Wraiths, acting as Face Loran's second-in-command. Before rejoining, Feylis served in several squadron, including Talon Squadron, Gray Squadron, 28th Squadron, Vibroblade Squadron, the Centurion Commando Unit, Freedom Wing, NRI Reconnaissance Unit 73, and Screaming Wampas Squadron. She also flew with the 181st as she operated outside the NR, trying to find her piloting skills once more, which she felt had atrophied. After Sekar IV, Feylis left the Wraiths, for personal reasons which she never stated. She rejoined, at the lower rank of Commander, and was accepted into High Flight Squadon where she acts as second-in-command.

Physical Attributes and Abilities

A superior flyer and trainer, even in the elite Squadrons of the New Republic, Feylis is a fantastic starfigher pilot. Her time in the Wraiths, as well as various other units has given her a good grounding for most aspects of conventional and unconventional warfare.

Personality Traits

Slightly distant, owing to her past, Feylis is slightly hostile towards her commanding officer, Colonel Kadorto, as she feels that High Flight should have been given to her. However, she is too professional to let that interfere with the running of the squadron, or training of pilots. She does not socialise with many of the new pilots, preferring to keep her own company.

Military Rank and Current Assignment

Feylis is currently second-in-command of High Flight Squadron, and flies as High Flight Nine. She is currently a Commander, although previously held the rank of Major in Wraith Squadron. It is unknown why she requested the lowering of her rank.

Feylis has no known significant possessions.

Starships

Feylis flies a B-Wing Starfighter in High Flight. She has her own X-Wing Starfighter, which she has taken from squadron to squadron, but it is not 'her' possession.

Feylis' astromech is Shell, although owing to her current fighter status, Shell is unused.
