Daravin Mannser

Daravin "Vin" Mannser was a human male about 45 years of age, and aide to Councillor Brom. He aided not only in Brom's legal activities, but was heavily involved in his not so legal ones as well. He was worried about Brom's decision to send troops after Rogue and Wraith Squadron. It is unknown whether he survived the assassination of Brom.
